There's a million Reasons to be afraid and a million reasons to not! Lose the fear!
Can Dry Bones Find New Life?
There's a story about a man who was taken to a large valley where a great battle was once fought. There he saw the ground was covered with dry bones.
The One that brought him there told the man to speak to those dry bones, speak life into those bones, breathe life into those bones so that they may live.
The man did as he was told and he heard a great rattling. The bones came together, tendons and flesh appeared and skin covered them.
"Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe into these slain, that they may live."
Those bones became a great army.
I've never been a lover of Halloween, and that's why I tell this story. Our bones don't have to be dry, useless, or scary.
We just need life spoken into us, breath spoken over us.
